The Iceberg Drive In Restaurant has been around (in the same location) for 50 years.
The ice cream shakes, in over 40 flavors and thousands of possible combination's, along with the slow service are legendary. The ice cream shakes that stand high above the rim make it well worth the wait.
Hint: Go inside the small waiting area on the North end of the restaurant instead of ordering outside. You can often times move ahead of about 10 people.
Unless your ready to eat three gallons of ice cream at one sitting don't order anything larger than a mini, believe me a mini is plenty even for a big guy like myself.
The onion rings are large cut, and the fries that crispy rigged kind. Pink sauce is doled out at $0.25 each cup. For those not from Utah, pink sauce is basically ketchup, mayonnaise and buttermilk mixed together and used to dip fries, onion rings and is sometimes used as a topping sauce on burgers.
The Icebergs menu of burgers, fish and chips and hot dogs are standard greasy spoon style but worth an occasional indulgence.
Nothing beats rolling up to the Iceberg on a nice Summers evening to enjoy an Iceberg treat, enjoy!
