This is not our first review of Ginza Sushi Restaurant in Salt Lake City near the Salt Palace Convention Center. And it probably won’t be our last but I have to admit I have left out a particular detail in each review, a detail that over time consumes me more and more with each visit.
I have to tell myself not to look, but I do, I look, even if it’s just for a quick glance I look at the mirror behind the line that hasn’t seen a hot towel wipe it down in over two years.
Come on guys, clean the mirror, don’t give me a reason to think about anything but the good sushi on my next visit.
