Always on the lookout for good Sushi, we ended up at one of Salt Lake City’s more advertised sushi bars, Tsunami of Sugar House.
It was a Friday, so a wait was anticipated. The seating however was unacceptable, a small table in an alcove just off the door left you feeling exposed to each diners egress and just was not a good table location.
After requesting another table we were now apparently on their “$%^ list, and waitress showed her disdain with little care taken to insure our dinner was enjoyable.
Sushi, in my opinion should come before tempura, and not spread out over a 30 minute period for three minimal orders. The tempura was okay, not my favorite in either quantity or assortment of veggies.
Our soda and drinks were never refilled, nor was our water glasses provided a refill.
Overall, I would have to give Tsunami of Sugar House a D-
