Salt Lake has a few Zagat rated restaurants, and this one is an unlikely little restaurant located in one of Salt Lake City’s West Side Neighborhood, a little edgy area on North Temple Street heading due West from downtown towards Salt Lake International Airport.
If you go on a weekend or holiday night, expect a 45 minute to hour and a half wait. While waiting, be sure to peek at the specials board posted outside. You will probably have to wait outside, so be sure to dress warm in layers or cool attire in Summer. Parties of two and three sometimes get quicker seating.
You’ll more than likely be served a bowl of chips and salsa while your waiter works his way to your table. Be sure to be ready to order, you will get a stern look if they have to come back to you. Not much in the personality department, but they work pretty quick considering the close quarters seating arrangements.
Anything you order is going to be fabulous, but they are known for their many types of Mole.
