Bohemian Grill Serves Up Great Food and Even Better Service
The Review
The Bohemian Grill is a surprisingly good restaurant and sports bar, tucked just off State Street in a former sporting's good store.
The Bohemians claim to fame is their brewed specialty beers, however the food is worth mention even if you don't fancy beer with your meal.
The Bohemian also has an intimate patio covered with flowering vines and grapes that is a nice place to enjoy a meal on summer evenings or late afternoons.
Their Garlic Burger is my favorite, I haven't found another better in Salt Lake, even the Busy Bee advertising its famous Garlic Burger doesn't hold a candle to the Bohemians Garlic Burger. The french fries are doused in a healthy amount of garlic and are wonderfully crunchy.
My dining partner usually opts for the Praque Salad, chock full of fresh greens, ham, boiled egg, beets and other goodies tossed with a homemade dressing that is out of this world.
If you drop by for lunch you can expect fast service, hot food and a friendly outgoing staff. If your visit is during the dinner hours, be prepared for a crowd especially on weekend or game nights.
